It houses 482 rooms, suites and penthouses. The original design was 380 meter (1,250 ft) high but reduced to 333 meter(1,093 ft). 1. JW Marriott Marquis Dubai The tallest hotel in the world title shared by a pair of twin towers that houses 804 hotel rooms each at 355.4 meter (1,166 ft). Owned by Emirates Group while managed by Marriott International, construction started in November 2006 and completed in 2012 and 2013 for tower 1 and 2 respectively.
