As if dangling from the top of a 400-metre building was not enough, one fearless thrill-seeker has taken the human flag trend to new heights. Brave Abudi Alsagoff, from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, climbed 200 flights of stairs to the top of the 101 Marina in Dubai, to perform what is fast becoming the bizarre fitness craze of the year. The 24-year-old, a professional freerunner and parkour athlete, who completed the climb on July 18, specialises in gravity-defying stunts, but has never attempted this particular move at such at height before. The human flag is a growing trend in which the upper body and abdominal muscles are used to propel the body out horizontally He said: 'It took about an hour taking the stairs and the challenge during the climb was that there was no air ventilation because the building is still incomplete. 'It felt really incredible as you get to enjoy this breath-taking view where nowhere else is offering.
