Dubai, Accents and Pronunciation

I respond to Moses yet again in this video and talk about the process of acquiring accents in a language, as well as working on pronunciation and my personal experience. By the way, I'm pretty sure that the audio is much better now, so please let me know what you think. I didn't thank you all for watching the video when I made the vide, so I will it here - Thank you very much :-) Comments are welome as always! I hope you enjoyed the video and the slight twist! I forgot to mention Sweden when I was talking about Scandinavian countries, and I know the UK is not a country; some people thought I was from there but couldn't pinpoint where I was from there when I was in Germany five or so years ago. Thanks again!

I couldn't tell if you were deliberately jumping around with your accents. But there were bits of posher South East English and then Estuary elements and occasionally more northern lilts. Some words sound closer to South African English with an occasional "yeh" in an Australian accent. Your version of "practice" isn't there yet, but "practicing" is better. Fun video.

If you look at the fan blades they aren't moving O.o

I think you sound like an American English speaker, because all the features of it are present in your speech. Just a normal rhotic American accent.

Thanks haha ;-) If you are really good with accents, could you watch another one of my videos and tell me what is weird about my real accent that makes it non-american? a lot of people tell me I don't sound like a real American when I talk. I promise it's my real accent :-D I thought about making a video with different accents but they are terrible [American, this one, German, French, Joker, a twelve year old girl, redneck, etc.] ;-)

Dude, did you get stung by bees? Cause your arms are HUGE! Interesting video. Viel Spaß beim Bayerischlernen!

i don't know i just have fun with it..but yeah languages are like music i guess in a way ;-) [that's really one of the main reasons i used an accent in this video to show that i have fun with it] - speaking about stereotypes i will probably do one about french ones [today or tomorrow] i don't have much experience with the language/culture but people here have annoyed me just enough to where i feel like i need to talk about it ;-) thanks for the comment ^_^

Daumen hoch! I think you are one of those who are inclined to acquire accents better than most, i can explain it somewhat, some musicians with perfect pitch for example. I just noticed your german stereotypes video has 100 times more views than your average, i bet if you made a video like 'Germans are too serious? you would get another 10k hits. (not that i believe you care about your youtube empire)
