Here's a glimpse into the tower, terminal radar approach control (TRACON), and radar/non-radar ARTCC facilities at the Daytona Beach campus. Embry-Riddle uses state-of-the art air traffic control simulation environments that are designed to enable students to develop, maintain and enhance skills related to air traffic control. In each course the labs are used to introduce students to the terminal radar, en route radar and non-radar, and control tower procedures and minima prescribed in FAAH 7110.65.
