Al Satwa road is one of the most highly congested roads as far as traffic is concerned in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The answer is simple, the volume of cars and vehicles that are using the road due to huge population in the area. The locality becomes the favourite dwelling place of working class from different nationalities, especially for the working expatriates from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, and The Philippines. Al Satwa road is parallel to Sheikh Zayed Road. Prominent features along the road are: Al satwa Grand Mosque, Al Satwa Bus Terminal, Khadri Mosque, Al Satwa Clinic and many more. It is approximately 3 kilometres and 300 metres stretch which begins from the Al Satwa Roundabout (if you are coming from Burdubai area) and ends in Al Safa Street.
