Concrete doesn't flex, right? WRONG! Not unusual at all for high-rise buildings to sway under heavy wind. The building this was filmed from is 17 floors tall, I'm on the top floor. Wind is 56km/h with gusts up to 74km/h. No, this is not a fake! The chandelier is swinging from the swaying of the building alone. If you doubt this, ask anyone that has ever lived on the higher floors of a high-rise. It's actually bad enough today it's given me a bit of a headache. PS: if you turn up the volume you can hear the wind blowing
