The friendliness of the staff and lots of choices for our meals were also very impressive. We came as strangers and left feeling as part of a family. This is a spot where your cares will be washed away. The rooms are well kept at all times and the grounds are immaculate. The food is different but you can always find something to eat. The resort is huge, yet doesn't feel that way. It is so well laid out that you will sleep like a baby at night.I loved the platinum upgrade, it was well worth the extra money. Minuses: It doesn't really apply to us but the resort isn't as accessible to persons with reduced mobility as one would expect coming from Canada from example I didn't like phone calls asking if the room was okay. 3 calls in 7 days. If we have issues, we will let them know. I didn't like guests being mean to the staff when they didn't deserve it.
