A ceremony has been held in Dubai to mark the inauguration of what developers claim is the world's tallest twisted architectural creation. Each successive floor of the Cayan Tower rotates by 1.2 degrees to create a 90 degree twist which mimics the shape of the structure of human DNA. Tom Santorelli reports.
