Dubai, Burj Dubai - November '08 Update

It took a while for a new month update (technical issues), but I'm back with a brand new November Update-video. The last steel floors are set up and the spire is taking form within the steel construction. Jacking up the spire will start in a couple of weeks (hopefully). Height of the Burj Dubai is still calculated as 816 metres (2686ft). Thanks to http://www.burjdubaiskyscraper.com for the pictures and http://www.skyscrapercity.com for the technical updates.

Well, there isn't really a difference between us and the Americans who live in the north 'cause we're pretty much in the same area. There's a big difference though between us and Central and South Americans.

Yup you should really go and see it... man i stood like a few hundred meters away from it and it was just unbelievable how high the structure was... it was definetly an amazing experience . and let me tell u dubai has changed A LOT since i last was there And its mind boggling how much technology has advanced throughout the years right?

Burj Dubai is to tall to believe! Most of the pictures look like computer animations. If I ever get the chance to see this Human wonder.. I know I will just be in pure amazement! I have seen the Cnn Toronto tower..and I was spellbound..this building is almost 200 m taller and counting...ridiculous!! I wonder how tall the building will be in 50 years time?
