10. no they are not. how can they be when oil in $40 a barrel. they just took out a 10bil loan to keep from going under. yes they have tons of assets in the form of infrastructure, but acutal monitary wealth, they are broke. All construction has stopped. the bankers have flooded the market with Russian oil dropping the price. The OPEC countries were used to $150 oil they put themselves too far in debt, then the bubble burst, and they are loosing out big time. but dont take my word 4 it. look it up

13. Sometimes, this kind of clouds in the video are like 10+ kilometers high. There are also clouds that are less than 100 high. Fog is on the ground.
14. No, the clouds is way up thier. It will not even reach the tip of the Burj Dubai unless it's a fog.Hope this helps.
