Dubai, Burj is not a good model for Africa

The new rich country of Dubai made a fantastic building, the highest in the world, beautiful skiscraper but not a good model for some other parts of the world such as Africa. Shanghai skyscrapers or iconic Dubai Burj are not referents for many other countries. There must be other options based on traditional constructions such as the beautiful and balanced "tukul".
