The observation deck "At The Top" on level 124 at over 400 metres on the Burj Khalifa is one of the major attractions of the Dubai Mall. Unfortunately "At The Top" is just the world's third highest viewing platform, but it provides the best view of Dubai from Sharjah to Dubai Marina. On the observation platform there is also an outdoor area. The observatory elevators are amongst the fastest in the world, with a speed of up to 10 metres per second.
