In vlog #21, we visit the top of the Burj Khalifa, the tallest tower in the world. Kseniya and I purchased 2 relatively expensive tickets for the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, UAE. We spent 1000 AED and got 2 tickets for the SKY EXPERIENCE (AKA At The Top). This premium experience grants you access to a separate elevator that takes you to floors 148 and 125. At the highest floor, you'll find a luxurious lounge, refreshments and treats. All of which goes very nicely with views that are actually 160 stories above the ground. At over 800m in height, Floor 148 is the absolute highest point that tourists can go. In addition to the highest floor, you can also visit an outdoor patio on floor 125 with equally stunning views and generous space. For those that don't purchase the SKY EXPERIENCE, you are limited to floor 124. Though we found the views from all floors similar, we recommend buying the upgrade and freeing yourself form the large crowds on the lower observation deck. If you are travelling to Dubai, you're certainly coming to the Burj Khalifa. We won't forget our experience there and we definitely got some memorable photos. Oh yeah, one more thing... The elevator that takes you up is quite a spectacle by itself. The walls of the elevator are actually screens and you'll be treated to a 360 degree film as you're lifted to your destination.
