It could have been the red wine, you could of had a reaction known as alcohol flush reaction..if you were allergic to the Brazil nuts or any kinds of nuts, you would go into anaphylactic shock. See an allergy specialist..(I took a medical college course, hope this helps, you don't want it to be worse if it happens again)
