This scheme's twisted form is influenced by a number of factors; (i) its dynamic site bounded by the Docklands Light Railway, (ii) extensive wind tunnel testing used to optimize the building form in order to promote cross ventilation, pedestrian comfort at ground floor level and to maximize the potential for harnessing the wind power.
