Situated on a desert dune, commanding views in all directions on the outskirts of Dubai, this private retreat offers many luxuries in this luxury resort setting. Approached from a long winding drive, rising through xeriscaped desert gardens and palm lined entry, revealing the view of the VIP drop zone and the main Spa-Villa entry. Here the curved concentric sandstone arches welcome the visitor into the main hall passing by a fully equipped Gym on one side, and a Spa-Lounge, Massage room, Steam room and Cold Plunge & pantry on the other side. A beautiful tulip shaped indoor pool crowned with jucuzzi and waterfall beckon at the far end, sparkling with reflected sunshine from the many geometric skylights above. The far end of this Desert Retreat contains the super luxurious six bed room suites plus two entertainment living rooms, pantry, elevator and stairs leading up to the Master Bedroom and the shaded roof top party patio. Outside is a delightful palm shaded garden space with covered dining, horse sculpture dancing in the water fall and of course; the central bonfire pit! From this welcoming community zone, you feel ensconced in the Arabic Desert emotions, smell the shisha, enjoy the tea and dates and just relax under the stars. Overlooking this enclave is the 50 person all white Majlis, having three distinct social rooms plus a 16 person custom Dining table. There is a prep kitchen and office integrated into the flowing geometry, perched on the edge of the dunes and offering an overhanging patio gazing west towards the desert vistas and pretty sunsets. For every-day dining, guests and friends can enjoy the delightful, freestanding 16 person Dining Room. The outside walls are all glass yet highly shaded, and has the desert landscape bermed up 1 meter deep against the south & west walls to protect from the hot sun. There are large roof overhangs and the entire space is shrouded with horizontal shade fins, effectively blocking the sun yet framing views in all directions through the many horizontal glass portals. (Discretely attached are three wash basins, two toilets and a small storage room.) All areas of this Spa Pool Villa are serviced by the nearby, yet invisibly located subterranean commercial kitchen and 14 person staff quarters and close by, yet tucked underground is the 20 car garage and additional 6 staff accommodations, all protected from the sun by tension fabric sunshaders.
