Dubai plans to build a tower even taller than Burj Khalifa, the highest skyscraper on the planet so far. The construction company behind the plan, Emaar, says the world's tallest tower will cost around 1 billion US dollars to build. The final height of the viewing tower will be announced on the day of its completion. Emaar plans to give the building to the city as a gift by 2020, when Dubai hosts the World Expo.
