This video explains the proper procedure for sending a tenant a vacancy letter, and law ( #33 of 2008) that protects the rights of the tenant to stay in the property they are renting for 1 year from the day they have been notified of the landlords reason for vacating the tenant. Also, a reminder to landlords to not re-rent the apartment when the 1 year notice has run out.
