The way to the top. There are malls and there are malls - and then there's the mall in Dubai, offering a shopping and entertainment experience like no other. I was there close to Christmas, and the palms twinkled welcome to the twelve hundred shops, the massive indoor aquarium, the dancing fountains, the olympic-sized skating rink and the waterfall that makes most artificial waterfalls look like, well, a trickle. Come with me as I walk through the mall, past the Burj Khalifa ticket booth and onwards via walkways to the waiting express elevator that speeds me to the top of the world's tallest building. @CatpurrRobertaBobbi Yes, of course I am aware of problems and poverty world-wide. After seeing Dubai, I flew to Chennai in Southern India. But unless you can physically make a difference, however slight (gifts for the African family) all you can do is shake your head sadly and go on your way...a harsh reality, I'm afraid, but reality nevertheless...
