It was an almost "unforgivable crime and sin" during this time at Caribou Ranch, to anyone within the Pop Music business, not affiliated with Elton John himself.
It all came together just like Tchaikovsky.
Sick City was written in reference to the "copious 'road fatigue' Elton and The Band shared and suffered from nonstop "booked concerts and stage shows across the globe."
