A huge fire has broken out in a hotel in Dubai ahead of tonight's New Year's Eve celebrations. Pictures have emerged on Twitter showing The Address Downtown Dubai hotel engulfed in flames. The blaze began on the 20th floor hours before a large fireworks display was set to start from the nearby Burj Khalifa tower, the world's largest building. Emergency services are on the scene.
