Dubai expensive project of "Rotating Tower" which was put on hold few years ago due to International financial crisis will begin again .The 420-meter building designed by Italian architect David Fisher, features 80 apartments that spin a full 360 degrees around a central column by means of 79 power-generating wind turbines located between each floor.
