Hardware - Alienware M17X R2, i7920XM, 8GB Ram, 500GBx2 HDD's, Dual ATi HD4870's in Crossfire. (Reloading this vid, dont think first try worked) Ran this in DX10 to get the waters to be alive. Livery is from OZx (links from ORBX website). Scenery is Fly Tampa. Captured with Fraps (I need to find a better way to capture since the flights are really smooth but fraps ruins it all, read one can record in half speed and then speed up in vegas might have to try it out...) edited in Vegas 9c, added soft glow and also train effect under active camera to flight scenes. This was done in about 2 hours, did it quickly all scenery sliders were maxxed, all traffic sliders maxxed, a little disappointed as there was an AA Jet that was parked, taxied and then took off when I first loaded up everything, but despite starting all over, it or any other live moving jet just never came back under TrafficX, shame as it would have looked brill taking off from tower view. The tower is from Just Flight's Traffic X, park your self where u need to and load up the tower and then pan around, the radar screens are nice. Before any one else says it the air ambulance is from Australia (LOL i just wanted to use a different livery to get a little realism, it also helped being an emergency service since I demanded a different landing approach). Basically pretty much all St Maarten videos I have seen land ocean and beach side, I just wanted to be different and landed the other way round, wasnt easy and the landing could have been better but hey......I am new to all this and since I was just testing the new Air Ambulance and being a doctor in this instance I had full clearance was allowed to muck around lolol. This was a little laggy under the capture prob cause I had all sliders maxxed, maybe could have reduced and nudged back Autogen and other items a notch or two, but I needed to push the system, it still did well..ish. I also wanted to say I used polluted skies under REX2, I think I should have used a slightly more aqua sky but I am sure It's forgivable since this is my 3rd vid capture and edit. I can only get better with time, I hope..., really looking forward to the Jets ;-), I have to say this plane the Baron King 350's engines are niiiiice the sounds were really sweet music to my ears, however the last landing scene was ruined on sound as i re-recorded under FSX replay, normally i record live as I fly. Ezdok camera views and shakes were the only other effects, else everything else was left alone. Cant think of anything else. Enjoy - Freeflyaa
