This newly renovated, spacious, north east facing, air conditioned, 8th floor, family apartment in our North Tower has uninterrupted, panoramic views over Caloundra, Golden Beach, the Pumicestone passage and the beautiful blue ocean. This beachfront apartment has a large living space with shutters on the windows. There are two black leather lounges and flat screen digital TV, DVD, CD player and I-Pod docking station. The dining area can seat up to eight people. There are glass patio doors opening out onto a full width tiled balcony complete with outdoor dining furniture. The modern kitchen has all the appliances you will need including a large fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. In the master bedroom there is a queen size bed, TV and DVD player and a full width balcony which looks out over the ocean. It has an en-suite walk in shower room with a hairdryer. The second bedroom has two single beds and opens out to the balcony which overlooks the ocean. The third bedroom is at the back of the apartment and contains a double bed with room for an extra rollaway bed or cot which can both be hired from reception. This bedroom has its' own balcony with views out towards the Glasshouse Mountains. There is a second bathroom and toilet to service the second and third bedroom.
