As a mars buff, I can assure you that Olympus Mons is very boring. 3 times the height of Mount Everest across the area of Arizona. It's so wide; it's barely tall.
-
Is this on soundcloud?
-
this mars footage is amazing!
-
How did I miss this discussion of Mc1035 I just listened to the previous podcast
-
some of the mars images are spectacular!
-
Here begins the legend of the Black Stump
-
I know this came out months ago, and I know you don't read YouTube comments Grey, but with DuckDuckGo, you can use the !g function in your search to go to an encrypted google search. It's what I use DuckDuckGo for.

Ann, the geologist is called Ann. Oh, God, how much I hate her.
-
Willis is a former dead mayor of Chicago.
-
очень бойко говорят на английском языке! Если говорят о полете на Марс, то - успокойтесь - этого не будет. Как на Луне не было человека, так и на Марсе его не будет.

diversity in weather?!.... today in scotland we had hail then sunshine then pouring rain then more sunshine in the one place haha xD
-
"Man's domination over nature"? Pfff, please. We are but midges in the scales of nature, of the cosmos. Sagan said something like a mile up or down our impact on the world is almost nothing.
-
bullshit commentary, but i clicked like because of the mars footage
-
51:10 Took me about 18 episodes of Hello Internet to figure this out.

I had a Mc1035 yesterday. Turns out I'm not a fan.
But the inverse - the leftover McDouble bun with the hashbrown put into it - was absolutely delicious! -
1:51:25 I hear it's not the kind of place to raise your kids. In fact, it's cold as hell. Just here-say though.

As an animator myself, the process is so deeply intertwined you need to keep all the pieces within arms reach (train of thought) which you'll lose when stopping (for sleep) and hopefully you'll still have remembered when you start the first thing the next day know what i mean?

Hopefully one day, some of the more basic structural components of probes (iron, silicate, et cetera, idk tubes and 6 inch beams would be a start) could be build on mars or the moon, the complex electronic parts for basic probes can be sent up from earth and then nasa can sell off the probes for idk, like $5,000 + to anyone.
Will likely have to start with lunar for ease of signal and non 20 minute light speed delay. Eventually production facilities created in part by NASA and "players" would have built a large amount of infrastructure, enough to produce even cheaper probes on the moon/mars. -
Hey, I am not on a plane.
