The Address Downtown Hotel in Dubai — a 63-story luxury hotel — is the scene of a major fire. According to AP reports, approximately 20 floors of the hotel are burning. The hotel is located near the Burj Khalifa — the world’s tallest building - and is the scene of Dubai’s New Years Eve fireworks display. No injuries have been reported yet.
