James! I got a question, how did you get over your fear of heights?

I completely get why he does this, it must feel amazing to be at the top of some of those structures but I find it difficult to believe he was really scared of heights beyond being a little nervous like I think most people would be.
for me being scared of heights is getting to the 10th step of the Sun pyramid in Mexico,looking back and physically not being able to move due to the fear. I had to sit down and bum myself down step by step pretending to admire the view. it would be nice to know what he considered to be a fear of heights. -

I am a very anti social person and find it hard to go out and associate with people. I am more of a stay at home computer nerd I guess but have been really inspired by you man. I am attempting to get into a local parkour group haven't met up yet still finding the courage but love your videos keep up the awesome work man.
