If you are in need of edible images for your cakes, cupcakes and more, simply send me an e-mail at rosiesdessertspot@gmail.com equipment needed: 3 bowls 3 disposable piping bags 1 - 2 drops of blue oil based food colour (or gel based food colour) 1 drop navy blue oil based food colour (or gel based food colour) cake pop sticks petal nozzle / tip. (apologies, I think I may have called it petal leaf tip.. leaf tips are different) TO MAKE THE GANACHE you would use 3 parts white chocolate to one part cream. so for example, if you have 300 grams of white chocolate, you would add 100 grams of cream (one third of the white chocolate's weight).
