Can you please consider bringing back the ability to use the right mouse button to place starting and ending points on the map so you can quickly get directions and distance. Very useful feature when planning vacations and getting estimated drive times quickly without having to type starting and ending points.

1. If you made a "new interface" that requires a damn youtube video to understand how to use it - it's already a fail.
2. It's impossible to search anything except damn "pizza or shrimp". I need usps office, i don't need pizza and shrimp or my "past results" or something else, i want to enter what I WANT, and not what your retarded "prediction service" thinks i want.Where the hell do i have to enter my search? Jeez, who designed that stupid ui, making ppl search for help on how to search in 21 century? -

Would it be too much to ask, when you create a video like this, to use someone as narrator who has had some voice training? This chick sounds like she's still sucking on lollipops. Why don't you employ a WOMAN with a mature voice, instead of teeny-boppers and Valley Girls. They all sound now like their purposely doing something with their voices to sound artificially younger than they are. Whether you know it or not, Google, you are contributing to the infantilization of American speech.
