This is not a hotel as twins to be knocked down, only difference is that the twins were mined and this is not, and therefore did not fall in the building ....

What the heck is it made of? Wood? All the money that place has, how can a fire spread like that in one of the newest buildings? Weird. Hope there is no one dying from this.

I am here in Louisiana as this tragedy unfolds and I am praying for the safety of these people. I watched the Rault Center burn here in New Orleans in 1972 when I was 8 so images such as this break my heart. Dear God, make the toll a low one. Just sign me as the "Half-Jewish Lutheran who is part Cherokee Indian". (Personal Note: Due to the Rault Center fire and 'The Towering Inferno' which came out less than two years later, I paid very close attention during my fire fighting classes in the Navy.)
