Dr. Anthony Brignoni is a Board Certified Gynecologist and Obstetrician by the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology (FACOG). Dr. Brignoni is trained, certified and specialises in Minimally invasive Laparoscopic surgery, Urogynecology, pelvic reconstructive surgery, Davinci Robotic surgery and female cosmetic surgery. Dr. Brignoni graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Biology and obtained his medical degree at the Ponce School of Medicine, in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the New York Infirmary at the Beekman Downtown Hospital in New York, N.Y.. Dr Brignoni joined the the medical staff of Peace River Regional Medical Center and the Fawcett Memorial Hospital in Port Charlotte, Florida in 1991. He has operated a successful OB/GYN private practice since 1991, expanding into Cosmetic surgery in 2005 opening the Brignoni Cosmetogynecology Center in Port Charlotte. Dr. Brignoni has delivered more than 6,000 babies and has performed thousands of Gynecology and Cosmetic surgeries. Certified Minimaly invasive Laparoscopic Surgery which greatly reduces recovery time and minimizes surgical health risks with aesthetically pleasing incisions. In addition to the American College of Obstetric & Gynecology, Dr. Brignoni is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the International Society of Cosmetogynecology, and the American Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons.
