Welcome to a series about the game Cities XL Platinum and about my new city Waterfront City. The design of this city is very organic with several circular shapes again. A central park axis divides the city in a industrial and residential area. For this project I will use lots of mods ;) Today I going to begin to finish the first office in my Cities XL Waterfront City, but there is still a lot of work left to do.
