LIVING THE LIFE is the show that takes the monotony of life and squashes it in a weekend by surprising two wanna-be celebrities with a trip they will never, ever forget. We show up right on their doorstep, first class plane tickets in hand; and before they even have a chance to exhale, they will have landed in one of the more luxurious locales our world has to offer to live it up for one weekend. Jackie, a workaholic mother of two, and Leanne, a downtown bartender, experience the French Riviera just as the stars do. They have the French Chateau with the view, the shopping spree, lounging on Nikki Beach, and of course, what girl's pampering weekend would be complete without the multi-million dollar yacht. Rick, a former resort worker, and Shannon, a fitness model and mom, experience the over the top luxury of Dubai. They take a tour of a private man-made island at 'The World' development, learn falconry, ski indoors in a mall with a desert view, and party like royalty - all while experiencing personal butler service at the world-renowned Burj Al Arab. Each lucky duo will have a celebrity fixer at their beck and call to make sure they only eat the finest meals and sleep in the most lavish hotels. Unfortunately for them, the whirlwind weekend ends as quickly as it began -- leaving our two travelers overwhelmed from an experience that none of their friends or family will believe even happened.
