Video shows a two litre water bottle being filled from the kitchen tap. Rate is 1 litre per 20 seconds or 3 litres per minute. The flow has reduced substantially summer 2015 and apparently caused by Thames Water optimisation programme and a failure to identify Hawkstone Estate blocks at risk. Beware buying a local authority flat where water pressure in not guaranteed, consistent or reliable. Thames Water only legally required to supply water at 1 bar to the block.
