For Companies in the News, Sulhi Azman and Khoo Hsu Chuang discuss the property developer LBS Bina Group Bhd, which met its RM1 billion sales target for 2015, despite GST's casting a dark pall over the sector during the year. LBS also set itself a fresh (and bullish) RM1.2 billion sales target for 2016, backed by 15 new project launches dotted around the country, capping it by saying the worst was over for the property sector. On Brokers' Call, Sulhi and Chuang eyeball Econpile Holdings Bhd, which has seen a doubling of its share price since its June 2014 share debut. Analysts like BIMB and AmResearch favour Econpile for its strong margins and likelihood of participating in mega-projects like Menara KL118, Bukit Bintang City Centre, TRX and Bandar Malaysia.
