Newly released video is raising questions about the conduct of former North Charleston police officer Michael Slager. The dashcam video from 2014, shows Slager tasering Julius Wilson in the back after Wilson refused to exit his vehicle during a traffic stop. The former North Charleston police officer was arrested and charged with murder last week after cell phone video surfaced of him shooting Walter Scott in the back. The video, captured by a bystander, is believed by many to be the only reason charges were brought against Slager, as his official police report about the shooting varied greatly from what the tape revealed. WIlson is suing Slager for use of excessive force. In this video from last August, Wilson's attorney claims he was tasered even though he was in a "submissive position." In 2013, a third black North Charleston resident filed a complaint claiming Slager tased him, citing unnecessary use of force. Don't get me wrong, he's a cold-blooded murderer who shot an unarmed man in the back but I really don't see anything wrong with this video... Took three cops to detain this guy and he was still struggling. In my opinion he used his Taser properly but like i said, it still doesn't diminish the fact that now he is a murderer.

Next we need to take illegal racketeering private security businesses out of all policing departments. Take businesses out of the police departments and prosecute the cops that falsify documents and testalie...Also arrest the Chiefs of police that own these illegal ( conflict of interest businesses) example...when the chief of police says he will investigate the wrong doing of a cop..The cop turns out to be a second chance cop ( previously arrested, fired and or sued)...the second chance cop gets 3 days off bad behavior ( paid laundry vacation), but the cop is being sudo investigated by the very person that is running a racket business, and it's on the record that these businesses are racketeering! In most cases the internal affairs protect the racket businesses as well as most corrupt District Attorneys...Are any of you getting this??? You wonder why police do public executions and get away with it???? Also many many repeat offenders ( second chance cops ) have a huge problem with alcohol and ( policing while buzzed) is and has always been an absurd problem. The police should blow into a breathalyzer before their car will turn on..Take notes everyone. When a citizen makes a police report he/she is met with hostility. There should be a number on every report and you should be able to track these numbers to the department of justice. You should get a response. There should be a law that anytime a person gets harassed, the offender...watch commander or other belligerent cop doing the harassing should be immediately arrested...This outlandish behavior must be a felony. It's our Constitutional right to free speech and I don't need a bad bald bloated angry person militarized with a gun to take it upon himself to impede my God Given rights of reporting abuse and harassment ..After all, even when you buy a cup of coffee at McDonalds they give you a unique number....Isn't your life and freedom more important than a cup of coffee?????????? When I went on the federal site and clicked police racketeering....I was met with a message that said " this link is no longer available"...WHAAAAAAAT??REALLY???????????? No link for police corruption??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???????????..stop policing agancies from profeteering!
