It was a special Thursday Brunch today as Suzanne Radford was joined by award winning and Michelin starred chef Nathan Outlaw, who brings his flavours to Al Mahara seafood restaurant at the Burj Al Arab.He brought a bunch of goodies to the studio: pickled oysters with jalapeño and gherkins, citrus cured brill, anchovy, smoked almonds and basil as well as a seared raw yellow fin tuna with pickled ginger carrots, onion and chilli!
