Dubai, Princess in the Tower: Here Comes Herald

As ambitious as our name sounds, we don't actually have a studio (we have a nice walk-in closet for a substitute though). Yet. We do have some quick stories to tell and will be dropping them off as quick as we can. We've wanted to make content and put it online for others to see for quite some time, we're happy to finally have started. So, what is currently an extremely fun hobby could turn into our dream careers and we're pretty keen on that idea. We'll see where it goes. We've been working on different series ideas and shows for years, we're working on quite a few! A lot are in pre-production while few are in production as we speak. We're a small team and can't pump out content as quickly as we'd like. To counter this, we've made a small series (The Farroway Tale seen in this video) to merely put out there while we work on projects more important to us. This particular series of animated shorts is practice for us. This is a way to convert years of brain storming and world building into practice and reception before we actually work on our larger projects. From pre-production to completion, this particular video took roughly two months to complete, we'd like to get these out faster and keep them steady while we work and publish other videos! We appreciate any support and we hope you enjoy watching our shows as much as we enjoy creating them. Make sure to Like and Subscribe to keep up with our latest videos! Saw this video through your tweet to Pyschicpebbles. The backgrounds in this were great and I think you did an awesome job on the story but I do have a few critiques for you though (don't feel annoyed or anything i'm not going to shit on you.)
There are some things that didn't need to be in here though like when Chester introduced himself to the princess as her friend to give the audience some concept. Don't get me wrong, letting the audience understand the characters is a good thing but sometimes you don't have to. I know if a woman spent her entire life with a talking mirror she would become friends with it so instead of Chester introducing himself as her friend he could have done something like describe the Knight to her with positive characteristics such as being handsome and brave which would have made the fact that he rejected her even funnier.
Don't think too badly of that. I think your animation was very fluid there is not much to fault with it imo I thought it was very good but there was some things I noticed like 02:15 when she dislocates her arm and the fact that he does not have a sword despite fighting monsters.
Anyway. I think this was very good for your first video and I liked the animation and concept of the story as a whole. Keep up the good work ya goober. -
