The anti-climactic conclusion to this 2-parter. Bus back from Leeds. The factory building I'm filming was seen on Pink Floyd's "Animals" album cover. Monika sleeping, streets of South London. * 1:33 - from the train racing across Wales to the west coast. * 4:09 - Harlech Castle (plus some castle shots from a later trip so you won't feel too swindled). * 6:21 - 6:45 - Thrill to 24 precious seconds of "The Village" (Portmeirion, Wales) where "The Prisoner" series was filmed in 1967. At this point, to my eternal regret, the camera battery died. (Fear not, upcoming videos of my later trips to the UK are much better.) Technical notes: filmed in special LD (low-definition) format on prehistoric videotape; MPEG conversion via crappy HandBrake 9.1 software that not only darkens the image considerably but also adds pixel distortion every 60 seconds (for God-knows-what reason) to ensure the worst possible picture quality available. (I do what I can with the junk that I have.)
