Donatello Hotel Apartments, Al Barsha, Dubai, formerly known as Coral Boutique Hotel Apartment, was inaugurated earlier in December 2012. The rebranded hotel opened with its newly refurbished 78 suites which included replacement of carpeting, wall coverings, furnishings, drapes, lighting in all guestrooms plus corridor renovations. Beginning in the summer of 2013 Donatello Hotel Management is planning to invest over $5 million in renovations and innovations to its guest suites product, additions of new restaurants and meeting space. The hotel's F&B offering -- includes Butterfly café known for its freshly baked croissants and continental breakfast and the newly introduced and popular outlet Ya Baladi, a restaurant serving authentic home-made Lebanese fare inspired by a traditional 'mother's kitchen' with its décor including antique chairs from a renowned Lebanese café and the walls dotted with paintings of the country's green landscape. Donatello Hotel Apartments general manager Salim Touma said: "The re-branding and upgrading of the product will enhance our representation with the first Donatello- branded hotel in the Middle East". The new brand made its debut in Almaty, Kazakhstan back in 2011 with its first Donatello Boutique Hotel; luxurious and high quality product, nestled in the elite part of Almaty, and furnished with the most exclusive fashion brands such as Fendi and Armani. To add to the collection of high quality products, Donatello Italian Restaurant and Lounge was launched in 2012 in Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai.
