16. @johnessen14 You CANNOT be serious :O Rhyl is a dump. I live in Trefnant (about 10 miles away) and I can safely say you chose the wrong place to visit. Rhyl is conisdered one of the shittiest places in the entire UK!
17. @kathryn8169 sorry to break it to you but rhyl is no exception from chavs, drunks and fights. Rhyl has become the shame of North Wales because of its crime ratings which are different from the rest of Wales. I never go shopping there much because of the muggings.
