King George VI, Queen Elizabeth (the Queen mother) and the Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret disembark from the boat. Various dignitaries salute and shake hands with the visitors. Northern Rhodesia - men in traditional dress propel primitive canoes along a river. Tribesman at the front of the canoe chants as he rows. C/Us of the other canoeists. Chief of the Barotzi tribe - King Imrico (?) is brought to visit the British King. Drums are played as the Barotzi King arrives.
