I think Richard was innocent.
-
It confused me so much
-
I was at the Tower of London and they showed this animation in a number of slideshows
-
Do u ever hear or learn about something and never think twice about it but then see a good enough animation to make u think about it? This animation did that for me
-
Watched this in history class, its great
-
Why is everyone getting upset about the video? Yes we know it's not a documentary with real facts, and yes we know that there is no proof whatsoever that the princes were even murderd by their uncle or were even killed at all for that matter.their all getting this from Shakespeare! From the first part where Richard iii act's like a sweet and loving uncle to the end where he picks up the crown and puts it on his head
-
I was expecting this for education. jesus.
-
this freaked me out to the frigin core 😶
-
Everything looks good, but Prince Richard was handed over to Richard III by his mother a few days after Edward was apprehended. Still a good video though!
-
Seriously, play Trinity Blood's "Grief" over this. It fits very well. To me it does, anyway.
-
Do you have any primary sources or evidence that this actually happened?
-
+Daenerys mother of dragons There is no evidence if the princes were even mudered in the first place.
-
wish i could time travel hell id go back and warn the 2 boys and try and bust them out yet doubt theyd beleive me if i told them im from the future the 21st century
-
they say the boys remains are in an urn in Westminster Abbey they were found under the stairs of the tower but noone knows for sure if the bones do belong to the boys and the Royals wont let anyone do DNA tests on them so doubt we will ever know its gonna be Historys unsolved mysteries like who was Jack the Ripper and where he vanished too
-
wow this looks real cool wanna see it i remeber getting about the 2 princes in the school and for a few nights i was scared to go to sleep so sad for them poor kids RIP Edward and Richard

"The infamous story of the Princes in the Tower as you've never seen it before!"
Never seen it this way before primarily because it's a work of utter fiction! One wonders if any of the staff on the Historic Royal Palaces channel have actually been to the Tower, or know anything of its history.
This video shows the two boys being locked in a cell. At various times in the video it shows them running in terror. Utter cobblers. The Tower was a royal palace, not a prison, and no terror would be felt by the prospect of going there.
"By July 1483 they were declared illegitimate and the Duke was crowned King Richard III. The Princes were never seen again." Yet more rubbish! The boys were declared illegitimate and were eventually murdered, probably on Richard III's orders, but after they were declared illegitimate they were seen many times, playing in the Tower grounds, living a rather confined but otherwise normal life.
The maker of this video not only has no knowledge of the history- worse, they have made up their own fictional account that flies directly in the face of the known history. This is to be expected, of course, because the internet is mostly composed of the excrement vomited from dim folks' mouths, but the real rub is the fact that this putrefaction of ignorance has been given some veneer of legitimacy by bearing the official brand of Historical Royal Palaces. -
I saw this on the wall in the Bloody Tower yesterday :)
