Everything about this hotel was excellent. I stayed for 3 nights in room 365 and I had the most amazing sleep in the most amazing bed, the Bed and the Pillows were too comfortable (I need to find the same supplier). They emailed me a four season app before arrival and I used it all my stay as it was very convenient and told me my room was ready at 11am for check in and it was ready when I arrived at 11 am for an early check in. They also provide you with an iPad in the room to use the smart app. I ordered room service, tray pick up, restaurant reservation, valet service, concierge all with a touch and it tells you when your order will be delivered and they were never late to do so. Staff are well trained and very nice. I have rented the day villa once during my stay and it was the best thing I ever did ( I did not like the 850 dhs charge, and I think they should set a minimum order for each villa, instead of the charge.)
