No lobster claws or any safety gear also could have taken on some radiowaves seeing that tower wasn't shut off

I'd just like to mention, this cell tower is not that urban, it overlooks all of Haverhill, it the reason that you can get cell coverage for any carrier in Haverhill, except Sprint, Sprint sucks. This is comming from a person that's lived in Haverhill for 12 years. But still, impressive climb. But, this winter, we got NO snow.
