The view from the Burj Khalifa's outdoor deck, sweeping from northwest to northeast. What we're seeing: the ornate landscaping 124 floors down, the shore of the Persian Gulf, the skyscrapers along Sheikh Zayed Road, and note the shadow cast by the Burj Khalifa itself; also a quick look up! Keep in mind the observation deck, At the Top, is located on the 124 floor (out of 160) at 1,483 ft (452 m). For scale, the roof (not the spire) of the Willis Tower (Sears Tower) is at 1,451 ft.
