Dubai, World's Tallest Building Gets World's Highest Observation Deck

The tallest building in the world is now home to the highest observation deck in the world. According to Guinness World Records, beginning Wednesday, a new deck on the 148th floor of the 2,717-foot-tall Burj Khalifa in Dubai is open to tourists. The view is 1,821 feet above street level, earning it the record for the highest observation deck on the planet. Previously, those seeking a sky-high view of the Middle Eastern city could only go up to the 124th floor.
